Bridaldressesbykiran.ca has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress.
Please be aware that customers ordering items with beaded embroidery and sequins must keep in mind of the fact that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Remember, even with the best of handling and care, this problem cannot be avoided altogether. So, before ordering such item, please keep these things in mind. But we will do our very best that all product you order reach intact.
Option 1 Return of damaged and defective product (ready-made):
- A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Complaint has to be made on email with subject as “Complaint” for Order number and Product code.
- A picture of the damaged part has to be sent via e-mail for review and assurance.
- Our team will review it within 1 business day and will come up with the right solution as any one of the following a) Replace defective good immediately free of charge. b) Offer you a credit note. c) Refund full amount instantly.
Option 2 Return policy due to variation in colour (ready-made):
Color variation occurs in picture due to various monitor configurations & light effects used during photography. Sometimes slight variation in work can also occur. A 10% color variation is an acceptable norm.
- A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- If the variation is higher than expected return will be accepted.
- Complain has to be made on email with subject as “Complaint” for Order number and Product code.
- A picture of the product needs to be attached.
- Our team will review it within 1 business day and will come up with the right solution as a) Replace defective good immediately free of charge or. b) Offer you a credit note or. c) Refund full amount instantly.
We can also request you to return the product in original packaging and once it is received by us, our team will review your complain and if we find it genuine we will refund the full order amount.
The extra shipping cost is refunded by means of credit note which can be used on any future purchase.
Option 3 Didn’t like the product:
A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
- Custom made Bridal dresses, Sarees, Lehengas, Suits cannot be returned on grounds of not liking the product. NO RETURNS accepted in this case.
- If there is no customization, we accept return at your cost. Return has to be made on your cost i.e. shipping charges has to be borne by you. Once the product is received by us you will be refunded full money or you can ask for credit note which can be used on any purchase in future.
Option 4 Customized product that is not fitting perfectly
A complaint has to be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
First Condition: Wrong measurement from your side:
- In this case you can send the order back on your cost and we will try to re-fit the product to correct measurement. This is done Free of Cost. A reshipping charge would be applicable in this case ranging from 20CAD to 50CAD.
Second Condition: Stitching not as per your measurement:
- In this case you can send the order back. Once we receive it, we will examine/cross check. If we find it stitched not as per the measurements provided by you, we will re-fit the product or send you a new one Free of Charge.
- The shipping cost can be refunded back on your credit card or you can take a credit note which can be used for purchase in future.
Option 5 Lost Parcel / Wrong address delivery / Parcel not found after door delivery:
- If a parcel was lost during transit or a wrong delivery was made or parcel wasn’t found after door delivery then in such cases, we are strictly liable for re sending same product(s) only & not make any refund or customer can’t replace the order with product of different design.
- In above cases, we give 3-4 business days time for the courier company to retrieve the parcel by searching it. In all cases of wrong deliveries, the courier delivery person comes back to the place where product was delivered accordingly for a search. In case of delivery not received after Door delivery, then the courier company re-visits the place and files a firsthand report.
- Once they confirm the order hasn’t been delivered correctly and parcel can’t be found, we initiate reorder of the same items. In no case the items can be changed or a money refund will be given. We will replace the lost items FREE OF CHARGE.
Please be aware of these:
- A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL is provided to clients who want to return the orders for any reason. This service (Pre-paid shipping label) is available for USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and some European Union countries. Once a complaint is received, support team will update you on this.
- It has been noticed that, most of the returns/complains, are related to size. We assure you that no size errors will occur from our end. But if you are sure you have got size other than what you have ordered, we are happy to provide you with PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL for order return.
- Once the returned order is received, you would get receipt confirmation from sales team. Order will then be checked by a team comprising of a Fashion Designer, Tailor Master and a Support person. Result will be duly communicated to you within 2 business days.
- The entire order will have to be returned within 3 working days from the day of delivery
- Order Cancellation: If unfortunately you want to cancel the order please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the error is on our part, you will be offered credit note or instant Money Refund.
- If you are returning package for size issue and on receipt it turns out to be good i.e. size of the product matches your ordered size then
a) You are not liable for any money refund.
b) You need to pay additional 30CAD as return shipment Pre-paid Label Cost.
c) We would still help you and try to alter the product to fit your size (only if possible). If alteration fixes the size issue and if that is possible, then we will do that free of cost but to re-ship after alteration you need to pay 10CAD more as new shipping cost.
All Refunds are governed by the Return & Exchange policy.
- Refund amount is mutually agreed settlement for some mistakes which might occur in any order. The REFUND AMOUNT cannot exceed the value of the product in lieu of which refund is being discussed.
- Process for Refund
Ready-made orders immediately gives credit note for mutually agreed refund amounts followed by actual MONEYREFUND or STORECREDIT
- STORECREDIT is only way of refund when such settlements are less than ½ the value of the product. STORECREDIT can be instantly used on next purchase and can be applied on all orders irrespective of any concurrent promotional offer. If you are not willing to take STORECREDIT, you can ask for MONEYREFUND on email.
- MONEYREFUND is actual return of agreed refund amount back to the credit card used in making the payment.
- Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was made within 7 – 10 working days
